Shipping & Delivery

shipping, straight up

every order ships free and tracked.

australia

delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay, not after. metro is faster, remote takes longer. you already know how australia post works.

united states

ships from our california warehouse. most orders land in 3–7 business days.

tracking

you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves. if the link says it's moving, it's moving.

something wrong?

if your order is late, lost, or arrives looking like it went through a crusher, contact us and we'll sort it. that's not a slogan, it's the policy.
